BAKED CRAB CAKES

BAKED CRAB CAKES
SERVINGS 6- POINTSPLUS BALUE PER SERVING 4

INGREDIENTS
16OZ LUMP CRAB MEAT
18 Tbsp DRIED PLAIN BREAD CRUMBS
1 LARGE EGG
1/2 CUP UNCOOKED CHOPPED CELERY
1 tsp PAPRIKA
6 Tbsp FAT FREE MAYONNAISE
1 CRUSHED GARLIC CLOVE
1/2 CUP OF UNCOOKED CHOPPED ONIONS
1/4 CUP OF WATER

INSTRUCTIONS.

MIX TOGETHER ALL INGREDIENTS, EXCEPT FOR PAPRIKA.  FROM INTO SIX PATTIES AND PLACE ON FOIL LINED BAKING SHEET.  SPRINKLE WITH PAPRIKA.  BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN -350 DEGREES FRO 35 MINUTES-
