Vegetable Bake

Vegetable Bake - serves 6 (2 points) (Thank you Jackie from Frederick,Friday for the recipe and Debbie for typing it)


1 cup chopped zuchini
1 tomato- chopped
1 onion- chopped
1/2 cup parmesean cheese
salt and pepper

Put in 8 X 8 pan

Mix 1/2 cup fat free Bisquick
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup egg beaters or 2 eggs

Pour over vegetables.
Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.=
