Holiday makeover for healthy eating habits and traditions

If you weren't with us last year with us for this time of the year you might think only a miracle can help you not to gain weight over the Holiday Season but you will see it not hard. The first step to trim our waistline is to change our behaviours in front of food. And of course it is so easy said than done but if we plan we can do it.
